Beijing Tiantan Yitel Hotel is located between the South Second Ring Road and the South Third Ring Road. It is just south of the famous national 5A-grade scenic area Temple of Heaven Park, close to the prestigious Cloisonné (Chinese Enamel) Art Museum. The hotel is a 10-minute drive from Beijing South Railway Station and the commercial shopping district. It is adjacent to Qianmen Street, Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City Center Axis and the National Sports Council.

Subway line 14 from Jingtai Station is only a 3-minute walk and line 5 from Puhuangyu Station is a 8 minute walk.
